Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
ParkerSyndication (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect across our puzzle games and partner program, how advertising and telemetry work, and the rights available to you.
Information we collect
- Players (account or tournament). Email and display name you provide, membership status, tournament start/submit records, and gameplay results needed to run competitions and contact winners. We do not sell this information.
- Pseudonymous telemetry. A random local device id (not your name or email), game id, event type (start/complete), score/time/mode, partner/affiliate id when present, and timestamps. Used for Brain Report trends and product quality. It is not sold and is not joined to marketing lists.
- Partners. Partner ID, contact and payout details, sealed credentials for affiliate systems, and server-verified play/revenue metrics attributed to your pages.
- Technical. IP address (for rate limits, fraud, and dedupe of payable events), user agent, and security logs of admin actions. Cloudflare may process edge request metadata as our hosting processor.
Cookies and similar technologies
- ps_afmid (Secure, SameSite=Lax, up to 90 days): first-party affiliate/partner attribution so commissions can follow a reader from game play to membership checkout. Essential for the partner program.
- ps_dash (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict): partner dashboard session after login.
- ps_ent (Secure, SameSite=Lax): membership entitlement after verified Stripe payment or free-week claim.
- pslang: language preference on partner hubs.
- Advertising cookies from third parties (for example Google) when ads are shown on free play.
Users may opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings and learn more at aboutads.info.
How we use information
To run games and tournaments, attribute plays and revenue to partners, process memberships and payouts, prevent fraud and abuse, serve advertising, improve content, and produce optional Brain Reports for members.
Processors and transfers
We use service providers that process data on our instructions:
- Cloudflare — hosting (Workers, Pages, D1, KV, R2), CDN, DDoS, and edge security (global network).
- Stripe — payment processing for memberships and related charges.
- Mailgun — transactional partner email (welcome, operational notices).
- Google (when ads are enabled) — advertising delivery and measurement.
Data may be processed in the United States and other locations where these providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards provided by those processors.
Retention
- Tournament results and qualifier pools: retained for competition administration (typically ongoing for historical leaderboards; winner contact emails stay in admin-only stores).
- Telemetry events: retained for longitudinal Brain Report and product analytics (order of months to a few years; older aggregates may replace raw detail).
- Partner metrics and sealed credentials: retained while the partner account is active and for accounting/audit thereafter.
- Admin security audit logs: about 180 days.
- Affiliate attribution cookie (ps_afmid): up to 90 days unless cleared.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Player emails are never shared with syndication partners. We share data only with processors above, when required by law, or with your direction (for example payout details you provide).
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information you have provided, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us using the privacy address below. You may clear cookies in your browser to end device-level attribution and local session state.
Children
Our content is family-safe and suitable for general audiences. The games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Data security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Sensitive partner secrets (for example affiliate credentials) are sealed at rest. Sessions use HttpOnly cookies where appropriate. Admin actions are audit-logged. No method is perfectly secure; we take reasonable measures and maintain incident-response logging for security events.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
