Partner Terms

These Partner Terms govern your use of the puzzle games and content syndicated by ParkerSyndication (“we,” “us”), created and edited by Timothy E. Parker. By requesting a Partner ID or embedding our games, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Partner ID

Syndication is offered to legitimate websites and publishers. You may create a free Partner ID instantly at parkersyndication.com/syndicate. We may decline, suspend, or revoke participation for any site that conflicts with the family-safe standards below or with these terms.

2. Your Partner ID

Your Partner ID is how all plays, page views, and ad revenue are tracked and attributed to you. Keep it accurate in every embed (WordPress plugin, iframe, or script). Plays that are not tagged with your Partner ID cannot be credited to you. Sign in to your partner dashboard at parkersyndication.com/partner with the dashboard key issued when you signed up.

3. License to embed

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to embed our games on websites you own or control, using our WordPress plugin, universal embed script, or iframe. You may not:

• alter, decompile, reframe, or modify the games, their code, or their branding (except an approved white-label);
• remove or obscure attribution, ads, or tracking;
• sublicense, resell, or redistribute the games to third parties;
• generate plays by automated means, bots, incentivized clicks, or any form of fraud.

4. Family-safe placement

Our content is 100% family-safe, and you agree to keep it that way. You may not place our games on sites that contain or promote adult content, hate, harassment, illegal activity, infringement, or anything unsuitable for a general family audience. We may suspend any partner who breaches this standard.

5. Ads and revenue share

• An advertising unit runs on each embedded game. All ads are family-friendly. Many feature Parker products and partner offers.
• Ad revenue: you earn a 50% share of the net ad revenue generated on your pages, tracked by your Partner ID.
• Revenue is reconciled monthly and paid net-30 once your balance clears a $50 minimum, by PayPal or Stripe.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and any tax information we are required to collect.

6. Affiliate commissions

When a visitor you refer purchases a Parker product through an ad on your page, you earn a commission on that customer's first payment only, tracked by your Partner ID.

• You earn 50% of the first payment:
  • one-time products: 50% of the sale;
  • monthly subscriptions: 50% of the first month;
  • annual subscriptions: 50% of the first annual payment.
• Commissions are not paid on renewals, recurring charges, or any subsequent payments.
• There is no cap. Your commission is always 50% of the first payment, for example $99.50 on the $199 Life Intelligence Suite.
• Attribution: last click, within a 30-day window from the click.
• Clawback: a commission is reversed if the customer refunds, cancels, or charges back within the product's guarantee window. Payouts are held until that window clears.
• Trials: a commission is earned only when a free trial converts to a paid subscription, not on the trial signup itself.
• Self-referrals, fraudulent or incentivized clicks, and bot traffic earn no commission.
• Affiliate commissions are reconciled and paid on the same monthly, net-30, $50-minimum schedule as ad revenue.

7. Reader membership ($6.99/mo)

Readers may purchase a ParkerSyndication membership for ad-free play across the catalog, the full Personal Puzzle Performance Report (Brain Report), and printable Puzzle Pack bonuses. When a membership is originated from your Partner ID (for example via a tracked upgrade link or partner game hub):

• You earn 50% of every eligible collected membership payment for as long as that referred membership remains active (initial payment and each eligible renewal).
• We retain 50% of eligible membership revenue to operate the product, payments, fraud controls, and support.
• Refunds, chargebacks, and cancellations reverse or stop the partner share for the affected period.
• Membership revenue is reconciled and paid on the same monthly, net-30, $50-minimum schedule as ad revenue.

This membership share is separate from the first-payment product commissions in section 6. Product overview for partners: parkersyndication.com/upgrade/.

8. White-label option

A one-time $500 setup lets you run the games under your own brand and logo. White-label partners may run their own approved advertising in place of ours by arrangement.

9. Intellectual property

All games, puzzles, designs, and content are the property of Timothy E. Parker and are protected by copyright, © 1996-2026. These terms grant a license only. No ownership transfers to you.

10. Term and termination

There is no fixed contract term. Either party may end the relationship at any time. On termination you must remove all embeds. Any revenue earned and owed through the termination date will be paid in the next cycle.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The games are provided “as is.” We work to keep them available and accurate but do not warrant uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the unpaid revenue share owed to you.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
